Agency Client Proofing Link Guide
Client proofing is easier when each link has one job, one timeframe, and one clear closeout action.
Proofing setup
- Build one proofing set per decision stage (v1, revision, final).
- Keep each link up to 25 images for easier feedback rounds.
- Provide direct URL + QR from the same source.
- Apply open limits and expiry before sending.
Closeout rule
Once final approval is done, disable older proofing links to avoid outdated recirculation.
